Rosée d'Hibiscus l Hibiscus Witbier

Rosée d’Hibiscus is a delicate wheat beer with a floral and slightly acidic character. Its beautiful pink color comes from the hibiscus flowers used in the brewing process. A perfumed aroma invokes fresh pink grapefruit and the pleasing texture persists nicely. A refreshing, quenching ale perfect for hot summer days & nights.

Moralité l American IPA

The concept of Morality is perhaps a subjective one, as the history of alcohol in Quebec may demonstrate. This IPA is brewed with a dare-we-say excessive quantity of Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial hops. The dry finish is highly aromatic and slightly resinous, invoking tropical fruits atop dominant hop bitterness. Moralité was crafted in 2012 in collaboration with John Kimmich of The Alchemist brewery in Vermont, USA.

Disco Soleil l Kumquat IPA

Petite Morale l Session New Wave IPA

Fruited flavors of cantaloupe and papaya with a citrusy touch. Slight aromas of malt. Dry and earthy finish.

Sentinelle l Kölsch-Style Ale

This German-inspired Ale offers lightly fruity and delicately hoppy aromas. It has a generous malty flavor that is well balanced by subtle hop bitterness.

Immoralité l American Imperial IPA

An immoral amount of hops was used to brew this golden-hued blond beer, which source of inspiration was the American IPA, Moralité. Its sharply bitter and resinous notes are balanced by passion fruit and lemon confit flavors. The alcohol brings a touch of warmth that intermingles with the roundness of the malt.

Blanche Du Paradis l Belgian-Style Wit

Blanche du Paradis is a Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander seeds and Curaçao orange peels, the spices traditionally found in this classic style. Unfiltered and containing almost as much raw wheat as malted barley, it presents a veil of yeast and proteins giving this style its "Blanche" name. Round and light at the same time, it exhales fresh baked bread aromas and reveals spices and citrus flavors, accompanied by subtle notes of acidity coming from the wheat.
