Glutenberg was founded in 2010 by 2 friends, one of whom had been living with gluten intolerance for years, and was dissatisfied with the gluten-free beers on the market. After a year of research and development, the company’s very first beer is launched: the Glutenberg Blonde, and the momentum of delicious, 100% gluten-free beers has only taken off since then.

Every year since 2020, they swept the Canadian Brewing Awards, even winning one of the most prestigious awards: Beer of the Year! Glutenberg is the first brewery in Canada that was completely devoted to the production of gluten-free beers.

Blonde | Gluten-Free Blonde Ale

Glutenberg’s Blonde is the proud originator of the series, the pioneer of real good gluten-free beer. Airy and lemony, this golden-hued beer reveals floral and lightly herbal notes, making room for a dry and tasty finale. The brewery’s first creation, it paved the road to success and still imposes itself as a thirst-quenching beer that can charm any palate.

IPA | Gluten-Free West-Coast IPA

Glutenberg’s IPA is a dream come true for lovers of microbrewed beer. A true little flavor bomb, it presents a perfect harmony between citrus fruit aromas, the freshness of hops, and bitterness. This beer guarantees a soft contact with tastebuds, releasing notes of apricot and sweet caramel. Its exacerbated dry side makes its bouquet of flavors shine and ensures a good aromatic persistence. To be consumed fresh and in large quantities!

Light | Gluten-Free Light Lager

3.5% | 15 IBU
Brewed with millet and corn, this light lager undergoes fermentation at low temperature followed by a lagering period of over four weeks to bring out as much flavor as possible. Accessible and refreshing, this light lager has a limpid blonde color revealing slightly malty and floral notes.

Pale Ale | Gluten-Free American Pale Ale

5.5% | 50 IBU
The American Pale Ale is Glutenberg’s first incursion into the universe of hoppy beers. A savory concoction with citrusy notes, it perfectly showcases the brewery’s versatility. Its orange and grapefruit aromas softly temper the straight-up character of American hops by endowing it with a slight touch of bitterness. The result is a delectable, balanced, resinous, and full-bodied beer.

Session IPA | Gluten-Free IPA-Session

4.5% | 10 IBU
Brewed with Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops, the Session IPA is a refreshing and easy-to-drink beer for all occasions. From the top of its 4.5 % ABV, this beer has a beautifully hazy straw-colored dress with a surprising scent of citrus and very marked mandarin. On the palate, we can distinguish notes of pineapple, lime, and flowers, as well as a subtle bitterness on the finish.

Stout | Gluten-Free Stout

Glutenberg’s Stout is distinguished by its opaque black colour, as well as by its powerful aromas of cocoa and roasted cereals.
Robust notes of espresso coffee, dark chocolate and ripe fruit conferred by the dark malt give it a pleasant length in the mouth that will not leave Stout lovers indifferent.

Red | Gluten-Free Red Ale

Proudly echoing English brown ales, the Glutenberg Red is renowned for its great complexity, both in its manufacture and in its taste. Brewed from two types of chestnuts, each requiring its own specific roasting method, this smooth beer with a hint of toasted nuts reveals a unique coffee and caramel taste. She stands out in all the charts, with good reason!

White | Belgian Witbier

This is a very unique interpretation of a classic style of Belgian inspiration. Traditionally brewed from wheat, the genre has been completely redesigned in the Glutenberg way in order to present a 100% gluten-free and 100% wheat-free beer, a real tour de force whose recipe only they have!
The Glutenberg White is distinguished by its composition of quinoa and amaranth which, while giving it a strong grainy profile, ensures a long-lasting taste. Soft and refreshing, with hints of coriander and curaçao, the White is the perfect nectar to quench your summer thirst.
