Porter Baltique l Black Lager

Baltic Porter is brewed in the traditional style as a bottom-fermenting lager. The result is a luxuriously round, but robust, black beer with a mild bitterness. A special blend of roasted malts provides it with flavors and aromas of chocolate, coffee, and subtle hints of cherry-smoked malt.

American Pale Ale l Amber Ale

Amber beer characterized by the aromatic signature of America’s west-coast hops. Initial notes of caramel followed by citrus from the hops and a lingering but light bitterness.

IPA Blanche l Hoppy Wheat Ale

Wheat beer brewed with a generous dose of American hops, giving it tropical fruits flavors (mango, pineapple, orange). The lingering bitterness has some earthy and spicy tones.

IPA l Hoppy Ale

Brewed to maximize the aromatic intensity of the hops (Simcoe, Citra, Chinook, Centennial). Willingly hazy to show off tropical and citrusy flavors. Very drinkable with its aromatic and fruity notes.

Maibock l Blonde Lager

Strong blond lager inspired by the beers traditionally brewed in Bavaria to celebrate the beginning of spring. A sweet and earthy flavor of honey, flowers, and cereals.

Pilsner l Pilsner-inspired Blond Lager

This type of Pilsner is typically found around the city of Pilsen, Czech Republic. Notes of floral and bread hops, round without the sweetness, and an enjoyable crisp. A very drinkable beer whose bitterness evaporates fast, inciting to take another sip!

Sour Citra l Hoppy Sour Ale

Generously dry-hopped sour ale, with ardent flavors. Little bitterness and acidity, overshadowed by fruity notes, similar to fresh pineapple.

Sticke Alt l Red Lager

Stronger, rarer and hoppier version of an Altbier typically found in Düsseldorf, Germany. Sweet and toasty notes of caramel and nuts.
